every blessing. (Even the little ones add up to a lot.)

Be
good to your body. ( It’s the only one
you get.)
7. Listen
to the wishes of your heart (It always
seems to know what’s true, what’s right, what to do, and where to go with your
life.)
8.
Understand
how special you are!

Realize
how strong you can be.
10. And
know that YES, you’re going to make it through, no matter what.
Maybe you
wont be dancing in the streets or jumping on the bed….but you are going to get
through the day, the night, and each and every moment that lies ahead. (I
